Yes I admit it is all my fault. Every bit of grief and drop of blood drained from the battered and bloodied 965 Inverhouse Manor rest solely on my shoulders. O what a lowly website has wrought with the internet I have become the destroyer of condos.

However, should I also take the responsibility for our last ‘special assessment’ of $8500.00? Why not add to my shoulders the management practices that led to the complete draining of our reserve fund? How about the non-defined non-ethical roles of 965 Inverhouse staff? Not to mention the brick repair or that pesky pink insulation hiding behind our exterior steel siding waiting to freeze thaw in the winter sun.

It was my idea to launch the website and expose our dirty laundry to the world. But to what end? To slander our diligent board and thorough management and drive our property values into the basement? Perhaps not.

Rather, out of the seeds of contempt, that a small website and CAFCOR lobby notice has generated a new awareness has begun to grow at 965 Inverhouse. An awareness that our current board can only speak through lawyers and from behind closed doors. Oh yes remember the advanced warning that you received about that ‘done deal’ $8500.00 special assessment? What’s next? How much more? And when? Why do we still have the same board?

So before you kick the messenger too hard look around and start asking questions about what is really being done at 965 Inverhouse Manor?
