1. Are you concerned about the recent deterioration of the appearance of our building?

2. Are you concerned about how our property is managed and maintained?

3. Are you concerned about how our finances, including the Reserve Fund, are managed? Are you satisfied with the explanations of how our money is used?

4. Are you concerned about the fact that our investment/value of our property is being depleted?

5. Do you agree that the owners should be better informed and have more say in how our property is managed and maintained?

6. Do you agree that we, the concerned owners, should take an immediate action to stop our building from further deterioration and depletion of our investment? If you do agree, would you support such action?
