Early AM and disturbing newspaper delivery.

Do you receive (at door) newspaper delivery? Please consider the other residents who do not and especially those of us residing in the suites which are right next to the stairwells. You may not have any knowledge of the thundering level of disturbance, at those very early morning times the delivery personnel run through the hallways. It has continued to be a challenge in encouraging the delivery personnel, to avoid using the stairs and to only use the elevators. Hope you are aware that these contractors have their own access keys and independently gain entry into our building - as early as 4:am.

Why has Matthew Atkin secured website domain names recently for 965/PCC 98? Who requested he should do that? All of a sudden he wants to make a few websites for 965 too??? Stay tuned...

FYI - This very website, created by and for 965 dedicates, could soon become the central location for practically every bit of information there is, regarding our building. We need this and you can help us achieve that goal! A digital archive pertaining to the property and it's history. Long over due.

Matthew Atkin stated to me (in July '07) that we would be receiving "$40,000 - perhaps $50,000" - in return for the copper piping removed and replaced with plastic. Is this true?

Ever notice how Gary Atkin never seems to miss a 965 party/social gathering - but could not make an appearance at one of our most important meetings? No one seems sure as to why that is.

FYI - A "Unit File" is a record related to a unit. "Before issuing a status certificate, a condominium should review the unit file that it maintains for the unit in question".
