Dear Mr. Pereira:

Re: Defamatory Statements Posted on the Web Sites www.965inverhouse.com,
www.cci.ca and www.ontario.cafcor.org

We act as council to G.S. Atkin Property Management Specialists Inc., ("G.S. Atkin) the
property managers for Peel Condominium Corporation No. 98 ("PCC 98"), and for Gary
Atkin ("Gary") and for Matthew Atkin ("Matthew")

While G.S. Atkin, Gary and Matthew wish to encourage frank and open discourse about
Inverhouse Manor amongst its unit holders, the intentional communication of any false
statement about G.S. Atkin, its employees and its staff, and Gary and/or Matthew that
harms the reputation of any of them is defamation, and it will not be tolerated.

Certain statements regarding G.S. Atkin, Gary, and Matthew posted to your web site
www.965inverhouse.com (the "Inverhouse Web Site") are defamatory. As well, there
would appear to have been similar postings made by you to message boards/forums of the
websites of the Canadian Condominium Institute (www.cci.ca) (the "CCI Web Site")
and the Canadian Alliance for Condominium Owners Rights (www.ontariocafcor.org).
(the "Cafcor Web Site"). Several examples of such statements follow, but as there are a
number of other defamatory or potentially defamatory statements posted to the
Inverhouse Web Site, the CCI Web Site and the Cafcor Web Site, and we suggest that
you review the contents of those postings with a solicitor.

Example One (from the Inverhouse Web Site)

It is inaccurate and defamatory to allege that "Ever notice how Gary Atkin never seems
to miss a 965 party/social gathering when alcohol is present - but could not make an
appearance at one of most important meetings? No one seems sure as to why that is."

Example Two (from the Inverhouse Web Site)

It is inaccurate and defamatory to allege that "Owners have been asking for information
and have been receiving nothing but the kind of tactics you would expect from a crew of
individuals with something to hide."

Example Three (from the Inverhouse Web Site)

It is inaccurate and defamatory to state the the superintendent for Inverhouse Manor
"spends practically 100% of his time, being a watch-dog for his corrupt buddies but
cannot lookout for the building and it's [sic] Owners/residents".

Example Four (from the CCI Web Site)

It is inaccurate and defamatory to post "CCI/ACMO Member Fraud?", "people are
beginning to believe there is a serious misrepresentation occurring with a member of the
CCI/ACMO here", and "Unit Owners feel this warrants a full investigation and that
information should be turned over to government officials including the Canada Revenue
Agency".

Example Five (from the Cafcor Web Site)

It is inaccurate and defamatory to post "It is a small group that has been empowering
themselves, and protecting a property management organization that seemingly have
much to hid and that they lack honest, transparent tactics"

Our clients requires that you cause to be removed all defamatory statements regarding G.
S. Atkin, its employees and its staff, Gary and Matthew, from the above web sites
immediately and that you refrain from posting any further defamatory statements.
Failing to do so will result in our clients pursuing other means available to them at law to
stop the damage being done to their reputation and the reputations of their directors and
staff.

A response to this letter in writing is requested, and I will follow up with you if one is not
received by January 28, 2008.
